Mark Creech
With over 32 years of experience in residential and commercial construction, Mark Creech brings a deep understanding of the industry and a commitment to quality work. He began his career in the electrical trade in 1993, starting with residential and light commercial projects before expanding into commercial and industrial work.
In 2005, Mark took on the role of General Contractor for Air-Evac bases, overseeing a range of specialized construction projects. By 2018, he broadened his focus to include both residential and commercial general contracting, all while continuing to operate as an electrical contractor.
Mark’s diverse background and hands-on experience make him a trusted leader in the construction field, known for delivering dependable results across a variety of project types
Randall (Rambo) Smith
Randall Smith, known to many as “Rambo,” began his career in the electrical industry in 1990 as an apprentice with Jack Davis and Company. Over the next nine years, he honed his craft and earned the title of Master Electrician.
In 1999, Randall launched his own electrical contracting business, focusing on both residential and commercial projects. In 2001, he joined forces with Mark Creech to form Diamond Electrical Contracting, building a strong reputation for quality and reliability.
In 2023, Randall and Mark expanded their vision by founding Synergy Construction Management LLC—a full-service general contracting and construction management firm. With decades of experience and a passion for building, Randall continues to lead with integrity and hands-on expertise.
